Per disputed item, and we help you build the response
No early termination fee, no PCI non-compliance fee and no annual fee. Businesses processing more than $250,000 a year can request interchange-plus pricing instead of flat rate. A Summit business checking account is required for next-business-day funding. Rates current as of July 2026 and subject to change. Membership eligibility required. However you sell
The counter, the website and the job site
One merchant account, one deposit, one statement, no matter how many places the money comes in from.
In person
Countertop terminals that take chip, tap and every phone wallet, plus tip prompts and split tender for restaurants. Terminals ship configured, so you plug it in and run a test sale.
Online
A hosted checkout page and a gateway that connects to the common shopping carts. Card data never touches your server, which keeps your PCI paperwork to a short questionnaire.
In the truck
A pocket reader that pairs to your phone and takes payment at the customer's door. Contractors close out the job, take the card and are gone before the invoice would have been mailed.
Emailed invoices
Send an invoice with a pay link, set a due date and let the system send the reminder so you do not have to. Payments post against the invoice automatically.
Recurring billing
Store a card on file for memberships, maintenance plans and monthly retainers. Card updater refreshes expired numbers on its own, so a reissued card does not become a missed month.
Fraud and disputes
Address and security code checks on keyed sales, plus real help when a chargeback lands. Someone local reviews the evidence with you instead of pointing you at a web form.
Switching
Three steps and about a week
The hardest part is finding last month's statement. We handle everything after that.
Send one statement
Your most recent processing statement tells us your real effective rate, which is almost never the rate you were quoted. We come back in two business days with a side by side comparison and a dollar figure.
Sign and get set up
Underwriting for most small merchants takes one to three business days. Terminals arrive preconfigured, and for online we help your web person point the checkout at the new gateway.
Batch out and get paid
Close your batch by 9:00 pm and the deposit is in your Summit business checking the next business day. Run both systems for a few days if you want to be sure before you unplug the old one.
Common questions
Am I really not locked into a contract?
Month to month, and you can leave with 30 days notice at any point. There is no early termination fee and no equipment buyout if you purchased the terminal. If we stop being competitive, we would rather you tell us than feel trapped.
What does next-day funding actually mean?
Batch your terminal before 9:00 pm on a business day and the funds settle to your Summit business checking the following business day. Batch Friday night and the money is there Monday. Holidays push it by one day.
Can I add a surcharge to card payments?
In most states you can pass along a compliant surcharge on credit cards, but never on debit. There are signage and receipt rules, and a few states prohibit it outright. We will set it up correctly or tell you it is not allowed where you are.
What is the PCI paperwork everyone warns me about?
An annual self-assessment questionnaire confirming how you handle card data. Ours takes about 20 minutes with help from your merchant rep, and we do not charge a non-compliance fee while you work through it.
Do I have to move my checking account to Summit?
For next-business-day funding, yes, the deposit goes into a Summit business checking account. We can still process into an outside bank, but funding takes two to three days and the monthly fee is not waived.
My volume is seasonal. Will that be a problem?
No. There is no monthly minimum to hit, so a quiet January costs you the $10 account fee and nothing more. Tell underwriting about your seasonal peak up front and we will set the deposit limits to match.
