BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Pick a branch, a person and a time
Thirty minute appointments at any of our 42 branches, or on video if the drive is the thing standing in your way. You will see the name of the person you are meeting before you confirm.

What do you want to talk about?
Choosing a reason routes you to someone who handles that work all day, instead of whoever is free at the desk.
In the branch
Best when you are signing, notarizing, opening an account with several people or handling anything with original documents. Weekdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, plus Saturday mornings at 18 locations.
On video
Same banker, same 30 minutes, no drive and no parking. You get a secure link by email with nothing to install, and you can share your screen to walk through a statement together.
How booking works
Four screens, about ninety seconds
Appointments open 30 days out. Business lending conversations are booked as a full hour by default.
Choose the reason
Pick from the list above. That choice decides who you meet: a member service officer, a business banker, a mortgage originator or a certified financial counselor.
Choose in branch or on video
If you pick a branch, you see only the locations where that specialist works this week. If you pick video, you see everyone available across all 42 branches, which usually means an earlier slot.
Choose a person and a time
Real names and real openings, in 30 minute blocks. If you have worked with someone before, book them directly instead of starting the story over with a stranger.
Confirm and get your list
Your confirmation email includes exactly what to bring for your reason, plus a calendar file. We text a reminder the day before, and you can reschedule up to two hours ahead.
Before you come in
What to bring, by reason
Showing up with the right paperwork is the difference between one visit and three.
Opening a business account
Formation documents, your EIN letter, a photo ID for every signer and $5 for the share deposit. Sole proprietors bring a trade name registration if you operate under one.
Compare checking tiersBusiness loan or line of credit
Two years of business tax returns, two years of personal returns for each 20% owner, a year to date profit and loss and a debt schedule. Bring the equipment quote or purchase agreement if there is one.

Two recent pay stubs, two years of W-2s, two months of statements for every account and your homeowners policy. Self-employed borrowers bring returns instead of stubs.
Home equity optionsMerchant services or a general review
For card processing, one recent processing statement is all we need. For a general account review, bring a photo ID and any statement from another institution you want us to look at.
Card processing ratesCommon questions
Do I need an appointment for everyday transactions?
No. Deposits, withdrawals, cashier's checks and card replacements are all walk-in. Book a time when the conversation needs more than a few minutes, like opening an account or applying for credit.
Can I bring my business partner or my accountant?
Please do. Note it when you book so we reserve a room with enough chairs, and if they are joining by video we will send them the link separately. Every owner with 20% or more will eventually need to sign anyway.
What if I am running late?
Call the branch. We hold the slot for 10 minutes, and after that we will usually still see you but the meeting may be shorter. Rescheduling online takes about 15 seconds if you know you cannot make it.
Is there a notary at every branch?
Yes, and it is free for members. Book it as a reason so we make sure a notary is on site, bring unsigned documents and an unexpired photo ID, and bring any witnesses the document requires.
Can I meet outside normal hours?
Business bankers keep a limited number of early and evening video slots for owners who cannot leave the shop during the day. They are not on the public calendar, so call the branch and ask.
What if I am not a member yet?
Book anyway. Plenty of first appointments are exactly that conversation. If you decide to join, the $5 opening deposit makes you a member and owner before you leave.
Appointment availability varies by branch and specialty. This is a demonstration website; hours, availability, rates, products, and figures shown are illustrative only. Federally insured by NCUA.
Thirty minutes, and you leave with an answer
Pick a person who does this work every day and bring the question you have been putting off.
